Mini-Grants Overview
The SouthCentral Girls Collaborative Project has awarded 25 $1,000 mini-grants to girl-serving Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) focused programs to support collaboration, projects related to addressing gaps and overlaps in service, and sharing best practices.
Numerous organizations provide valuable, but uncoordinated activities and support services related to motivating and supporting girls' interest in STEM activities. These mini-grants are designed to build collaboration between existing efforts to address gaps and overlaps in service, and help existing organizations use research-based strategies for program enhancement and assessment.
