- Create a database of best practices from the best practices exercise. Toni agreed to capture the input from the exercise into an Excel worksheet and will send it to Martha Peet within two weeks.
- Blog. Lynda agreed to look into some options for creating a blog for the website where members can upload stories (positive and negative) for the rest of the group to learn from. She will give her findings to Martha Peet within one week.
