Some Key Insights
- Your group CAN benefit from collaboration. Several of your member organizations are benefiting already!
- You will improve your collaborative ability by designing and implementing systems for sharing information and for working together.
- When you first start working together, you have a blank slate. The more upfront work you do, the better you will be able to row together quickly and efficiently towards your common goal. It is easier to start off with a well-thought out plan and processes than it is to have to go back and start over once mistakes have been made and momentum has been lost.
- Change your mindset to start looking for ways to share and opportunities to partner.
