Thanks for your comments. I thought others would respond but...alas...only me. How do you propose we make training more relevant for teachers? I believe teachers work in a culture that does not favor technological solutions. Consequently, trainers must frame "reeducation" opportunities to include teacher tested methods that clearly affect student learning. Teachers favor practical solutions that affect their kids.
