MyLearningPlan.com is a web-based service for tracking Professional Development activities for educators. Teachers use their private id and password to maintain records of all activities, setup and view their individual learning plan/portfolio, participate in on-line learning modules, and print completion certificates. School administrators use the service to approve activities and print reports. All users benefit from a streamlined workflow which automates many tasks and provides fast access to records and information.

PDExpressTM 2000
A comprehensive Professional Development Management System that tracks and reports on professional development activities for staff members, including contact information, courses, presenters, facilities, and buildings. Includes 68 standard reports that may be customized. 

Using PDExpress, Teachers are able to view and revise their professional development activities, register for courses, and print their own transcripts over the network.

SmartEDU - Online Professional Development System (OPDS)

Teachers use OPDS to access and register for professional development workshops online. OPDS allows district administrators to schedule workshops, follow teachers' development, maintain PDP records and print certificates.

Systemic Research - Professional Development Management and Analysis

PDMA is a network ready, run-time version of Microsoft Access application designed to be shared amongst collaborating PD managers and coordinators.

The Master Database has:

  • Teacher/staff database includes basic information, teaching records & certification, and PD participation and stipend. By maintaining teaching record by course and student level, PDMA can link teacher PD records to individual student’s achievement.
  • Student database data includes basic information, course grades, achievement and assessment test results.
  • School list identifies teachers' contact and mailing addresses.
  • PD master database maintains activity detail and abstract, and multiple session information along with presenters & coordinators.
  • Course list identifies district level curriculum data.
  • Teaching assignment maintains teacher teaching record by course ID and school semester.
  • Subject and PD category list maintains and classifies PD subjects (math, science, etc.) and categories (curriculum standards, frameworks, content area, cooperative learning, pedagogy, etc.
